An interesting comment - to offset restaurant wages, make smaller servings.
Very happy Alberta got rid of the difference in minimum wage for servers and other workers. It's great to make smaller servings.

I've never understood the compulsion to eat until uncomfortable, and yet this seems to be the norm at many of the "big chain" restaurants. I agree 100% ... make the portions a bit smaller, and pay your staff better.
