Screen overlay detected go to settings
That was super irritating. I wanted to do a mobile bank deposit and kept getting that error and a very unhelpful punt to settings. Luckily a quick search and...the overlay is Twilight. Pause it and everything works. Thanks Android Central Forums.

Yup! Annoyed the piss out of me and I guessed it was Twilight.
