I contact Samsung if I have a problem.

It really is one of the things that keep me with them. Buy from the Samsung store in Edmonton; send to the Samsung repair place in Richmond if they tell me to (which is rare).

  1. I usually look in the mirror. Most of the time whatever it was, fixed itself before I'm able to finish my coffee. Either that or I was awake enough to realize the dumb thing I did.

  2. LOL me too but I had a Gear Fit stop charging and a bad OTA update to Froyo.
