Boys need HPV vaccination as much as girls.
It's always seemed strange to me that parents don't protect their boys from getting cancer with a simple vaccine. 9000 cases for boys vs 12000 cases for girls isn't that big a difference. Or is this because of cervical cancer in women which makes it special 😞

ReplyDeleteI think the issue is that the vaccine was specifically development to fight cervical cancer and the initial advertising for it only focused on women so it wasn't seen as a men's issue. it's like people don't know men can get breast cancer
