People here used to buy and sell like crazy until oil collapsed.
I could never figure it out because you pay fees each time. But they said they were making money. You only make money if you don't buy back in or downsize if you stay in the same place.

Yeah, my bro in Calgary flipped and flipped up on mortgages until he just had that downturn (he said he's only doing about 1/3rd the volume in previous years) and nearly lost the house.
