TCP still not understanding government sanctioned child torture is a bad thing.
Likely to open Canadian government to more payouts if they get in power-just like they did the first time.

How is it moral to give someone over for torture? Had a very disappointing talk with my dad, a veteran, who didn't seem the get the child and torture part. His crowning accusation was I would have given the father the same payout had he lived. I had to say yes if we handed him over for torture we would. Torture is wrong.
