I've been meaning to cut mine for a while... I have in my mind, but haven't got around to calling the company.

Since we're planning big changes next year, that when I'll make all the changes. Lose land line for sure and evaluate all our utilities.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't had network TV since ... Well ... Since we were married in 1998. We do have land-based internet (via Shaw at the moment), but our TV is a Sony Android TV, so it has all the functions that my phone has. We love it, other than the fact that our family room is basically a Faraday cage, forcing me to run a 50 foot Cat6 cable through the house.
ReplyDeleteNow, if I could get enough data and bandwidth over the cell network for what I'm paying, I'd be tickled pink!
But yah, this TV has Netflix, Crackle, Crave (if I subscribe), TubiTV, and a bunch of others already optimized. Plus, I can go the Kodi route if I wanted to. I thumb my nose at the big networks. Of course, this means there are tons of TV shows that aren't easy for me to get, but we just use it for movies and Netflix, plus a little YouTube anyway. We just don't have time to watch more than that.
I watch a lot of network tv.
