Being sedentary is not healthy. What contributes to high levels?

Being sedentary is not healthy. What contributes to high levels?

Big cross-sectional analysis of data. I wonder what kinds of results researchers would get from FitBit or Samsung Health data. With Samsung you can't manually add data and it would be a world wide collection. With FitBit you might get a wider range of economic classes due to the cost of the devices. In both cases you would get people motivated to move more.

  1. I live in Kentucky. We gave the world cigarettes, Black Lung Disease, the highest cholesterol fast food, the highest carb pizza, the institutions of 8th Grade graduation and 16-year-old parenthood, and generations of non-voting. Obesity is the norm. The working class in rural Kentucky is widely (no pun intended) unemployable today.
