I don't know about Canada, but % of US population that does Service is <3%. Is that such a leap we can't make it?
ReplyDeleteIn Canada we have a problem with military spending over all (budget may be too low) but I would gladly increase for vets and military to get access to the services needed.

ReplyDeleteM (?) still 97% should be able to carry their vets. I suppose I'm tax and budget naive.
