At home we have flour and yeast. There are no instructions on the packaging but lots of ingredients

Yesterday Fred didn't mix the yeast stuff but did dissolve it. Today he mixed but didn't pre-dissolve. And we still don't know what's in self raising flour-the only kind they sell here. He's trying to make naan and getting flat biscuits. Still tastes good to me.

    That's the secret to all these for things, wait. Fred is good at naan so we end up eating easy to much of it.

    I'm mastering the steps of naan cuisine steadily. So far, I'm really good at eating them. Next step: cooking them. Once I can do that, I'll be fully qualified!
