Some days I feel like we're playing love it or list it.
Some days I feel like we're playing love it or list it.
It's listed but one sunny day and I'm reconsidering. Plus we decluttered and did some staging and the place is so nice. Still long winters are hard. We built this home so it will be hard to find something as suited. Hopefully we see some nice stuff out west.

ReplyDeleteOf course we in THURSTON COUNTY WASHINGTON took an added LOSS: in 2007 rural lands were locked out of subdivision - causing a massive value loss to pertinent land holders (me). So it riles the ethical soul...yes...
How far out west are you thinking about? Less than 500 thousand seems inexpensive for your bungalow.
