For communities forums that are moderated, having a code of conduct and vigorous enforcement is necessary. It can take a significant amount of resources to moderate certain forums and communities. Probably not all places on the internet are set up with proper enforcement.
ReplyDeleteThere are places on the internet that are not so well moderated. Some of these have huge communities and make it a lot easier for trolls to harass people. As many of the accounts on many parts of the internet are not strictly tied to individuals, trolls can take advantage to harass people and face little or no consequences. Anonymity allows people to hide and make attacks without facing any consequences.
