This is a boon for developing local food sources in challenging weather conditions - whether cold climate like Northern Canada or drying areas.
Canada has an abundance of resources (other than petroleum based) and should be developing local sustainable agiculture for isolated communities as the world transitions away from oil based products. Our diverse population positions us to consider a broad use for technology
