China is good at playing the long game and infrastructure is a great investment.
Trump's actions are consistent with a US retreat from the world. Interesting to watch China come into the world at the same time. Will the US follow the path Mao did and send progressives and people with knowledge to "farms"?(in this day that would be internet free zonesš to remove their influence).
