  1. Ya wanna good work out.... Swim as fast as you can for as long as you can in water deeper than you are tall.... Do that 5 times a week for several weeks and you'll be on an excellent road to fitness!

    Unless you swim as badly as I do, in which case your weight loss will be on account of decomposition.
