The story being Dull was the most frequently mentioned problem with 25.29% of the mentions of the Category. Followed by actual Bad Writing, then Dull or Unbelievable Characters, Info Dump, and uses of Profanity.

    Lisa Cohen writes great books!

    I only ever quit a book if it's really boring for several chapters, or has massive plot holes and ridiculous (to me) ideas. Sometimes as a last resort I will read every fourth page to see if the book will improve farther in, before I finally give up.
