Beautiful day in the Wigeon Wildlife Area by Pitt Lake.
We went out early and beat the rush. There was something being shot in the area so it was hard setting up but by the time we got back the kayak back the area was available.
As an aside I really really hate Swiftkey in flow mode.
I live in a small Canadian Prairie city with a spouse and a dog. We retired in 2018. This is what life is like.

Fred's rudder control failed so he had to paddle. This evening we took apart the steering mechanism and it ended up being a knot that has slipped through the holder. Re-thread then re-knot and we're back in business.

ReplyDeleteOh yeah, totally the way to go if you don't want to pull a trailer and it doesn't take a lot of time to set up or take down.
