Progressive Conservative, not fear mongering Conservative.
Seems informed, exemplifies social movement in Canada. Would be a great woman PM. If she became leader, Liberals would have a run for their money. Conservative party seems more about fear and copying the US.

I live in a small Canadian Prairie city with a spouse and a dog. We retired in 2018. This is what life is like.

Unfortunately, there'd still be most of the rest of the party.
ReplyDeleteWell yes. It's why she won't win the leadership.
ReplyDeleteSounds like cbc propaganda
ReplyDeleteWhy, because it's a positive interview with a Conservative candidate?
ReplyDeleteCass Morrison Because they try to pit conservatives against conservatives , to try and give the appearance that there is no consensus among conservatives . I think conservatives should be directing there wrath at Trudeau and let the conservative party members decide who should run the party.
ReplyDeleteMedia covers leadership candidates because that leader will run the country if the party is elected, it's VERY important that everyone is informed. Some people may join the party based on the media coverage, find out more about party values and candidates then cast their votes.
ReplyDeletePretty sure people can do more than one thing at a time.
Cass Morrison Sorry I find there is considerable media bias against the conservative party in Canada especially at the cbc , global news , the globe and mail , the Toronto red star
ReplyDeleteI find there's a lot of treating Canada like it's Ontario and Quebec with some Maritimes thrown in - and Vancouver. Most reporting isn't in depth and is biased in some way. This particular article didn't seem to have a negative slant against conservatives..
ReplyDeleteDave Harvey After their last government, the current US government, and the list of things that seem to be their priority, it just seems to be an anti-conservative bias. Many of the big newspapers are actually quite pro conservative, and showed it in both articles and editorials during the last election.
ReplyDeleteA stupid idea is a stupid idea regardless of who it comes from. The CPC needs to get it's act together as does the Ontario wing. (They threw away the last election with an unlikable leader).
The Ontario wing threw away the last election and the one before that . I guess The news I listen too and read are not getting those pro conservative views across . I just remember a lot of sickly love for Justin in the last federal election , especially on the CBC . I can still remember one of the anchors gushing about a selfie with the x drama teacher . U should catch a little CBC news , and see if u catch a little anti conservative bias . I think they have about a thousand radio and TV channels now .
