Rats. Paint is a quick and easy basic edit tool.

I use this with snip or copy screen a lot. I don't have to waste time trying to figure out how to do a task. Must be time to retire.

    I wonder if there are light weight Windows apps that perform like the screenshot tools in Gnome desktop. That would probably solve your workflow with the least disruption.
