    I haven't been in school since a cell was mentioned only in biology class, but I certainly see cell phones causing havoc in any classroom. Remove 'em.

    Remove them. But the damage may already be too much to recover from. Kids have been using/interacting through the devices for several of their formative years already and they don't focus well now.
