Super useful, but a person can get "Over-Saturated," too. I've had so many disaster training courses, conferences, response training, and so on that I find it hard to concentrate. But you're totally right ... Being prepared (both physically and mentally) makes a huge difference. Chaos helps no one in an emergency.
