Undocumented people should not be able to get a SIN to pay taxes.
People make so many assumptions about their status then run into problems later. This should be a slam dunk citizenship case since they have her history.

I think the government would be hard pressed to find a Canadian citizen who wouldn't tell them to give this woman her citizenship papers right f'n now. At age one, how could they possibly expect that she should be responsible for what wasn't done? Sometimes bureaucracy is just way too freakin' stupid.
