There is pretty much only 1 Rule - you must complete all of the steps to qualify for that section's giveaway.
For example, if you don't have Twitter or Instagram, that's fine, you can do the Google+ giveaway but you need to do all 4 things to qualify for that Similarly, all 4 of Twitters steps to qualify for the Twitter giveaway or all 3 of the Instagram steps to qualify for the Instagram giveaway.
