Who will move first to punish? Canada or China?
The Real Estate oversight board should move quickly and fine the realtor. It would pay for itself quickly. Then the realtors should be deported as criminals.

probably as bad here with the Chinese...
ReplyDeleteChina will probably start digging into this first, but then no surprise if Canada suddenly gets a bunch of 'refugees' seeking protection, which will mean no punitive response..
ReplyDeleteI think this should rescind and claims to citizenship and be a basis for trusting refugee status.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, much like prior cases, if the Chinese don't guarantee the alleged perps safety (no death penalty, fair trial etc) then the 'civil refugees' will merely keep appealing, wasting Canadian resources.
ReplyDeleteSeize property & assets as penalty, revoke citizenship/PR. Probably the best that could be accomplished, minus the appeals, which they'll likely win and then sue for compensation.
