Great idea for new family - 5 weeks pat leave at up to 70 income.
Focus on getting both parents involved with integrating the new family member. I really like the idea of a 6 month leave option with higher pay as well. One year at 60% can be a big financial hit regardless of how great it is to have that extra 6 to 12 months.

I meant families welcoming new members; not new families.

ReplyDeleteThe reason I didn't was my wage was higher than hers, so it was a financial decision.
