yummy vegan mushroom soup.

We found out we don't like olive oil flavour that much. A good soup ruined, we'll know for next time.

    Just a milder flavoured oil mixing it with canola with has a blank flavour. The olive oil I used is more like a finishing oil, quite pungent.
