End of a day of house viewing in Nanaimo with realtor BJ Estes
End of a day of house viewing in Nanaimo with realtor BJ Estes
He showed us a ton of stuff to get an idea of areas and house styles. Things blurred together a bit but he now has an idea of what we would both hate (hopefully). Tomorrow we're going to the Nanaimo Museum and the Military Museum and walk on the harbor wall some more. We walk a lot when we're not home because we don't rent cars unless we have to. Thursday we see Milo again. When we were at the kennel he was scratching to get in to visit with his buddies. Who knows if he'll be happy to go home lol.

Nanaimo isn't quite as bubbly but seems to be flattening (yay) and our home already lost $150k in value with the oil downturn and our market is slowly recovering. Since we don't plan on moving for at least a decade again, bubbles shouldn't affect us.
