
Some people turn to brewing for home chemistry; we've turned to kefir.
Fred even got a handheld refractometer to measure sugar content (brix). We are doing the vegan version so it's water based. I like quite a light flavoured drink while Fred enjoys more robust flavours.
so what is this??? I've been wanting to experiment more in the kitchen lately... and my latest cold brew coffee was a disaster
