UCP caucus in the Legislature voted No, twice, to funding for the Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General that included budget for 59 new rural RCMP officers
It's not just "city folk" committing these crimes nor "natives". It's already scary enough to drive in the country - good thing there is pretty good cell coverage as I would never approach a farm house.
