...explicit mottos are ‘Challenge convention’? Seems like this company is all about upholding social conventions
From focusing on female workers "personality" during performance review to the ever popular unless a man pitches the idea it's worthless. Shame they are being rewarded with financial success. Why do men get all this time to spend on personal pursuits while women do not anyway?

This is a very upsetting and sad accounting. Why certain men feel the need to suppress anyone, but especially a qualified female is despicable! I wouldn't have previously thought this of the gaming world. But I have seen how insulting men can be to women who game. Often I'd be in a multiplayer game where guys marginalize and outright verbally attack a female sexually; so much so that alot of females will not mic up and hide their gender with their ambiguous gamer tag. I, for one, love it when a female is playing, it just brings a dynamic that enhances the gameplay. How can a male be so crude towards a female, when they are birthed by one, likely, have sisters, aunts, grandmothers, and date one. Well I hope Riot gets sued due to its "Bro" mentality, if only to shed a glaring spotlight on such draconian behaviors.
