Glad Alberta has gotten rid of staggered minimum wage. It's discriminatory against employers. Why should some get to offload wage burden?

Same with Secretary Admin Day. Either workers perform a valuable service and should be paid or they do not. All positions should share in the bonus structure (if there is one). Most jobs have an element of admin work to them, even if it's just prepping your own reports. Logistics - admin or not? TDG compliance - admin or not?
