Veterinarians have the hardest emotional job in Canada. Empathy and business to deal with.
We have been lucky to have a group of vets that we see regularly. The group has gone through one sudden loss and two compassionate deaths with us. It's hard because they know us and our guys. I'm always shocked at how much a visit costs but then...they are business yet they provide over the phone care and often say not to come in.
