we have a plastic peanut jar with a hole cut in the center of the lid - big enough to pass dry dogfood bites. Our dog will chase that jar all over the house, and when it is empty, she will come get us to refill it (we refill it from her FULL food bowl which is right in front of her, but not as much fun I guess).
