The last people I would trust to be unbiased would be white, male, USians. Probably because I'm not any of those descriptors.

ReplyDeleteIt might stop solo actors like Richard Reid (shoe bomber) or Umar Abdumutallab (underwear bomber), but not, necessarily, a more organized and well-funded effort.
Or the random person doing a first time action.
