Vegan French toast day. Made with one slice rye and one slice pumpernickel. Topped one with Daiya cream cheese.
250 ml each almond and coconut milk
1 banana
5 ml vanilla
1 ml each cinnamon and nutmeg
15 ml ground flax seed (optional)
