  1. I have an aria scale as well and I'm concerned about its accuracy

  2. Have you changed the battery lately? How inaccurate do you think it is?

Our weight is consistent where ever we weigh in (I give a 5 pound/2 k increase for clothing and time of day). Mostly I'm concerned about precision so I can compare over time.

  3. I haven't changed anything since I set it up a year ago. It fluctuates like ten pounds from when I finish at the gym and after I get out of the shower the same day, within an hour's time.

  4. I don't get that kind of swing unless my battery is low. Multi weigh in during the day is very variable because of food/water intake. The article advises not to do that.

  5. I would argue "how much my stomach is sticking out" is a more important measurement than whatever number the scale gives you.

  6. Not for me Rusty. I need accountability.

  7. I hate scales! If I go to the Dr and she wants to know my weight I say I don't want to know just write it down for your own records. Keep it to yourself. I judge by whether my clothes fit or not. If they swim I am fine. If a little snug I know to have a few more veg meals.
