The diet (I hate that word) you can follow is the diet that works for you.

I have a friend modifying eating by quitting snacks, another following a low carb regime and Fred eats vegan. I am trying to cut out candy-harder than I thought. In the end we all want self images, whether size or health, we aren't constantly trying to improve. There are so many factors affecting eating and metabolism how could one diet fit all?

  2. I tend to be that type a well which is why the candy so hard. I think it snuck in there for calories when I wasn't hungry after my accident..
