I can do pull ups now without flailing my legs. I'm pretty pumped about it.
ReplyDeleteNot really, I think it's just a side effect of building upper body strength by increasing weights. I go to classes so I don't have to think about this stuff, just keep up:) And not even keep up, just do more than when I want to stop.
