How well do you assess your wellness needs?
So much of health is prevention and we all have limits as to the amount of effort we can afford. Your health care provider should be able to help you assess your risk and benefits of a wellness path to focus on areas of improvement.
Our goal, now that we're in our mid-50s is to delay routine medication through diet and exercise. Pretty old school but sustainable for now.
