ReplyDeleteRob K It isn't really unusual to have snow at this time. Normally, it's melted and we get new snow (sigh) We don't do yard planting until the May long weekend although trees are usually budding mid-May. Farmers try to get crops in before the stupid June rains.
ReplyDeleteIt was really noticable this year, just how much melting can occur in sub zero temperatures as there was water running in March when we had -10C days.
