Rob K It isn't really unusual to have snow at this time. Normally, it's melted and we get new snow (sigh) We don't do yard planting until the May long weekend although trees are usually budding mid-May. Farmers try to get crops in before the stupid June rains.
It was really noticable this year, just how much melting can occur in sub zero temperatures as there was water running in March when we had -10C days.
👌
ReplyDeleteIt’s so nice out finally. Mud everywhere on site at Conklin
ReplyDeleteCass Morrison Is it unusual to still have snow there in mid-April? Spring has only just got started here in the UK. That's unusual.
ReplyDeletelucky you Cass Morrison, almost 10 cm over night and still coming. 😢
