Earth Day is a good time me to assess what you can do to reduce your footprint? We've been assessing resources use and ways to reduce water and electricity. Plus, of course, Fred is vegan and I'm mostly vegan.

qz.com - Being vegan isn’t as good for humanity as you think
Yeah, we're not vegan because of the environment and I'm more a low volume mixed eater;) I'm not even against carnivores just as long as food animals are well maintained (like most of the ranchers do locally) and humanely killed. I think it's the volume of food the west consumes that it the problem.

ReplyDeleteEver taken a look at the carbon footprint of supporting pets in North America?
ReplyDeleteIt's disgusting.....
I don’t own or use a car, and I recycle. Yet my carbon footprint is big by virtue of my living in the United States, the trash per person exponential leader, I glumly concede.
