We planted a little rhubarb in our yard for my daughter, who used to LOVE it. She's not as crazy for it as she used to be, but I have a tasty strawberry-rhubarb muffin recipe floating around the house that never disappoints. Worst case, the local deer population has developed a taste for it ... even though the leaves are supposed to be toxic to them. We apparently have very hardy deer.
