Either a doctor is competent or not - it should not be dependant on province. Do we need "Red Seal" doctors similar to Journeyman certification?
I live in Lloydminster and doctors pay Colleges in Alberta and Saskatchewan so they can have offices in Alberta and admitting privileges at the hospital which is part of the Saskatchewan health system. I understand having the provinces administer health care but Doctors and other medical professionals should be registered country wide.

I live in a small Canadian Prairie city with a spouse and a dog. We retired in 2018. This is what life is like.
