I used to run in my neighbourhood with my dog in the morning when I lived in Calgary. Also ran on Nose Hill in the evening on occasion. I never encountered a reason not to. Not so for Mollie:(

This feels like men attacking women for disagreeing with them has gotten worse. Or maybe women are just tired of turning an blind eye to this kind of behaviour while adjusting their lives. There's a lot of things we do just to avoid "issues" while men just carry on carrying on.

  2. Unfortunately I suggest you carry bear spray every time you go out. No matter the locale.

  6. Well bears are different. Situational awareness and run away early is always a good strategy but bear spray yes.
