When I'm on vacation, my sleep cycle becomes pretty steady. As a shift worker, though, my sleep is always fractious. I don't tend to worry about work related stuff most of the time, which I think is mostly just because of the type of work I do. But even on days-off, the first couple of sleeps are terrible.
Actually I thought I was good with 5-6 hours. I think it makes a difference having Bennie sleeping in the kitchen. We're both learning to sleep though the night.
2 hours and 32 minutes of motion during sleep? (That's subtracting motionless from actual sleep time.) Either you're an active dreamer, or you're going for walks. Be careful!
I can’t believe this can be accurately quantified as to “efficiency” right down to a percentage. But if you’re sleeping and feeling better, bravo!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm taking it with a grain of salt. As long as it's a consistent observation style it's all good.
ReplyDeleteOk, are you done rubbing it in lol
