I can’t believe this can be accurately quantified as to “efficiency” right down to a percentage. But if you’re sleeping and feeling better, bravo!

ReplyDeleteWhen I'm on vacation, my sleep cycle becomes pretty steady. As a shift worker, though, my sleep is always fractious. I don't tend to worry about work related stuff most of the time, which I think is mostly just because of the type of work I do. But even on days-off, the first couple of sleeps are terrible.
ReplyDeleteActually I thought I was good with 5-6 hours. I think it makes a difference having Bennie sleeping in the kitchen. We're both learning to sleep though the night.
ReplyDelete2 hours and 32 minutes of motion during sleep? (That's subtracting motionless from actual sleep time.) Either you're an active dreamer, or you're going for walks. Be careful!
