Huh, interesting. Thanks for suggesting this Casey McKinnon. Kinda tempted to go roam my local liquor store with this app, just to satisfy curiosity.

I live in a small Canadian Prairie city with a spouse and a dog. We retired in 2018. This is what life is like.
I'm curious how many of these that I don't already know about.
ReplyDeleteBaaaah.... Find what you like and drink it.... What's wrong with Miller Coors?
ReplyDeleteToo much QC LOL. Actually what would matter is the price inflation due to marketing more than anything else.
ReplyDeleteTaste bests price in my book... If I like it, I'll pay for it.
ReplyDeleteYMMV

I like to support my local breweries. I follow most of them on Twitter so this would only be useful during travels.
ReplyDeleteThe reason behind avoiding craft breweries that get bought out by the big breweries, is that quality and creativity often suffer when they try to scale up.
An interesting problem with this app is that some former craft breweries, e.g., Goose Island and Sam Adams, still have some small batch or local-only offerings.
This is going to come in handy!
