Someone one unclear on leading behavioural lessons. We do something like this for values based safety training-total exercise 5  minutes.

We set some ground rules. No swearing, no personal attacks. Basically people saying things like - is that the best you can do? It's still hard to get adults to say mean things. I  cant imagine how kids would feel.
