I have a tendency to snack, especially if I get bored or stressed out. Weighing in a quick and simple assessment of my eating habits so I can check if they have changed. Of course the first step is always stabilizing your weight.

i'm terrible for wegiht loss as my big thing is that it's not what i eat, but when i eat is mostly to blame (I usually skip meals and then 'make up' for it later).
